Another sex scandal is circling Washington, DC. Deborah Jeane Palfrey (known as Miz Julia in the business) has been charged with operating a prostitution ring for the last 13 years. This she denied and said her company, Pamela Martin and Associates, is a “high-end adult fantasy firm which offered legal sexual and erotic services across the spectrum of adult sexual behaviour and did so without incident during its 13-year tenure.” The charge was $275 per hour. Yikes.

The biggest effect is the sudden resignation of Randall Tobias, deputy secretary of state, who confirmed to ABC that he was a patron of Palfrey’s business. “Miz Julia” had handed over her phone records which revealed thousands of her clients. Tobias claimed that he called her “to have gals come over to the condo to give me a massage.” Keep your ears open because Brian Ross of ABC who has seen the list said there are some very prominent names in Washington on it.

“But Palfrey has also hinted that she has a record of the phone numbers of thousands of more than 10,000 customers that could embarrass more the a few of the US capital’s high-fliers.” - Sunday Herald Sun, 29 April 2007

On May 4, ABC’s 20/20 is planning on airing the story with an exclusive interview with Palfrey. She is a woman of mystery and little has been revealed about her which is why this interview will be quite ground breaking. “Miz Julia” has been charged with running a prostitution ring but she seems to be enjoying all this attention.
