I must admit that at times I feel a bit overwhelmed with the number of productivity tools. It almost makes one less productive.
Access is probably one of the most important things when it comes to productivity and keeping lists. For to do lists I have a Hipster PDA, I sometimes text my email, use Jott to email a note to myself by voice which translates into text, then there’s IMified. It’s a really convenient way to be productive simply. By IM! Just IM “IMified” or add “imified@gmail.com” to Google Talk. Your first IM sets up your account and from there you can set IM reminders, make a to do list, or keep notes for yourself all through Instant Message. You can even access your Google Calendar, Basecamp to do lists, and make blog posts. No need for a browser! It’s the bot of bots!
